Suspicions confirmed. Stasis is having a hugely negative impact on Crucible.
This is obviously my personal opinion, but having your ability to fight back in any capacity for a few seconds at a time (which is an eternity in the crucible) by abilities that come back every 30 seconds or so makes for a terrible time. On the other end, I find zero enjoyment out of killing an enemy who lacks the ability to defend themselves in any way.
I'm sure there's people who are loving Stasis in Crucible, and they have every right to that opinion. Just wanted to throw my hat in the ring on this one and say that it's thoroughly unenjoyable for me personally and I truly hope changes are made, sooner rather than later.

After popping Titan smash and taking out two enemies, I was then stuck in ice with (hold R3) on my screen, and then I got flicked away by a hand cannon. Nope. Not liking it.

It was easy to spot this problem from another area code. Any ability that takes away player control is not a very good ability.

Yeah just watched a zk clip of warlock stasis ability and it’s ridiculous. I’m not talking about the super, I’m talking about the melee and ability to fire off ice to freeze opponents. Breaks the game

Yea the freezing is cool for plays but also annoying. I just got the hunter helm gonna try it in pvp.
