Click on your account avatar in the top right of the website, then select Redeem Codes. On the code redemption page there are three sub-menus, the 2nd one is redemption history, click on that. Verify you see the code in there and that it does not currently have a redeem button on it indicating it was entered, but not actually redeemed yet.
