Its a videogame
Just wanted to remind everyone of that. It's a videogame with a season pass that costs less than getting lunch for me and my niece.
If you're not having fun, don't play it.
More important stuff going on around you, than not being able to shoot the same SMG for another year.
Grind spending time your family and friends, and making the world a better place, than 5+ range stat on a shotgun.
Be good to each other <3

1 Replyi agree , im polite to all forum members regardless of their opinion as long as they are civil and respectful too to me but please let me bash the game as a dissatisfied customer who spent money on a misleading product , it said destiny2 so i expected a improved destiny1 , not a downgrade in all aspects except fast travels and ledge grabs

It may be the price of an expensive Starbucks coffee, but when its promised to be good, and you have already invested hours and money into the game, you want it to be good. We don’t hate the game, we just know what it could be, and we are angry Bungie isn’t making it what it can, and should, be. It should be like year 2.

It’s a game that the developers said we value your time and decided to sunset weapons despite no one asking for it. It’s a game that a month ago Luke smith said in his directors cut that they are considering sunsetting and when there was backlash the fanboys said “it’s just a directors cut it doesn’t mean it will happen and if it happens it won’t be for a while” It’s a game that bungie won a communication award and since then has dropped its already low number of posts to virtually zero posts nowadays. It’s a video game that people love and saddened by the fact that it’s losing appeal and when they express this view the fanboys tell them to “play another game” It’s a game that can’t identify cheaters even though they have over 90% head snipe accuracy. What other game can people have 90% sniper accuracy and people don’t know if that is cheating such is the high level of aim assist and hit box in the game. It’s a game that cuts and paste things and still can’t get it right. A game that seems to put more effort into Eververse than creating content. And despite money coming into the game from Eververse doesn’t seem to be investing it back into the game.

2 RepliesThe issue is more complicated. Destiny isn't just a game, it's an MMO. Yes, it's a very casual, free MMO, but still an MMO. Ask anybody who is hardcore into MMOs and they will tell you it's not just a game, it's pretty much a life style. There's a massive chunk of the player base that cannot put this game down, even though they don't like it, because of the connections they form. People have made long lasting friendships in this game, have fond memories, and are part of clans that only dedicate time to this game, that's why most of them can't just say "it's just a video game" and move on. Obviously there are other reasons, but to me this seems like the main one, since stuff like that is very common amongst other MMO player bases. So it's no surprise that these same people are "whining" on the forums, because if they're going to have an emotional attachment to this game, it might as well be the best it can be. They complain because they want they want the game to be great, and the only thing Bungie does is drop the ball. If it were that easy for them to just quit and move on to a different game, they would have already done it, and there are plenty who already have. They want all the dedication and patience they've had watching this story unfold, to actually pay off and mean something. Hell, I quit the game two seasons ago, and I still keep up with news about the game from time to time, because I want to see the game get better, not worse. I keep hoping that Bungie might one day turn it all around and turn the game into something incredible (which is what we've all been wishing since day 1) and that's the same reason why so many people cling on to this game, despite not really liking it.
