Public event io for invitation of the nine bounty
For the invitation of the nine I have to collect 9 cabal samples on io. And the only way to get them is to play the public event. But now the seraph tower is right on that spot.. and each time I try to activate the flag for the cabal PE, it doesn't do anything!

The public event does occasionally spawn in Lost Oasis (if the flag spawns near where it says Spine Burrows on the map, it's probably the Cabal one). Most often, the public event there, though, is the Taken blight one. Starting at Tuesday reset, though, the Seraph event will spawn Cabal, so, at worst, you'll be able to do it then.
