Kale error code... Nonstop during Iron Banner

At what point is this raised to a larger issue beyond the ever UNhelpful article link that basically says clear your console cache and a wired connection is better than Wifi. Since returning to Destiny 2, each time Iron Banner rolls around I'm met with constant Kale errors when loading into the start of a match. EVERY SINGLE MATCH. I've purchased a new modem, router, AND Xbox One X. Done all the NAT, port forwarding and UPnP setting nonsense. I even have a fancy gaming router with game boost and adaptive QoS. I'm running a wired connection at up to 600 mbps. At what point do I give up and just go back to Overwatch?
