I keep getting long queues and impossible matches with high latency on the crucible since the change, and i had the same issue when the game launched back in 2017 when there was SBMM. I'm from Brazil but if i'm playing alone every match is full of North American players, and that means for me shots that don't register, trades, ghost meelees, it's infuriating. Please disable SBMM for regions with a low player count, or If you can't get a decent match, just don't give me one, i would rather see the crucible disabled with a warning that there are not enough players.
