I know what you're all going to say so save it; "Adult up", "Take it like a man it's your fault not Bungie's". Just please. This goes farrrr beyond that! I will stand up till I collapse and defend myself till my grave and maybe beyond that I was improperly banned. I fervently, unequivocally, indubitably did not deserve a "Permanent" ban on my first offense - it should only be the three-week or three-month period to permit the person to prove they've learned their lesson and will be a good little f'in guardian. In my case I hired an account recovery to do Iron Banner bounties for me while I was away back in season 5 and I chose a bad egg. He used dirty tactics to hasten the completion of the bounties and BAM! Permanent ban, just like that. I'm not saying this to try and get a pity party going I'm just really not cool with getting banned on the first offense, especially after the countless money and hours I've put into this game! First offense = Permanent Ban? Spare me with that b.s. Bungie, you are losing players/customers to that crap!
