Let me guess, you can't comprehend that video games are a luxury you play on your spare time, but instead believe they're an obligation and it's impossible to play because of life's priorities.

People always say that. But we invest just as much time grinding with other players as FFXIV etc..

Bungie has OFFICIALLY stated otherwise dude. They're going further with it in Shadowkeep so yea nah, its an MMO. If I can run into any player in the game on my server in patrol like you can that alone fits the literal definition of MMO.
