But I fear it will end up like Gallery, with only a few people using it while others post in the wrong places. We would all have to make efforts to prevent that from happening again. I’m also okay with it as it is, though I don’t like it as much.

Then again, it takes real effort to make non-canon material likable. So I can only imagine the atrocities that have been plaguing the Lore forum.

As someone who does write fanfic from time to time, we need a fanfiction forum. Because A). 99% of people who fanfic usually get a lot of hate. And B). I'm sure the lore tab does get spammed with fanfic almost all the time.

What's going on? Are fanfics getting trolled? I don't really care for fanfics, so I don't click on them. But if you're getting harassment for being creative, that's some bullshit IMHO.

4 RepliesThe sad thing is that it DID have it’s own section (a section for art and writing and any other creative post), but nobody ever used it so Bungie deemed it unnecessary Most fanfic writers already posted in #Lore before the disappearance of #Gallery, so honestly there’s no real problem since nothing actually changed, and I doubt anybody would move to the new section if Bungie did make one

Back in the day we didn't have a Lore section. Fanfics need to go to their own category.

Like there’s literally no downside to a new subforum. People who wanna see famfics can, people who want to see actual lore in #lore can.
