Usually due to the severity of multiple reports overtime. In-game SUSPENSIONS are only 30-60mins They WILL NOT respond or message you. They WILL NOT tell why a punishment was issued. They don't have to. They don't care. There is no course of action to appeal any punishment issued. They will not remove any punishment issued for any reason.

Bungie doesn’t discuss bans. Looks like you were told in your other post what caused your ban.
