Oh my god. Calm down there with your comment.
TTK doesn't matter. Literally any weapon can out damage Luna and NF.
Range, flinch, actual skill...
Any of these things can easily kill a Luna or NF.
It's not a matter of the guns being strong. It's a matter of you being bad. On my way to getting Luna I encounter it many, many time. I also outgunned it many, many times. I never complained about it. So you shouldn't either.
If you aren't good enough to counter something, don't immediately go screaming and crying for a nerf. Try getting better at the game instead.
TTK doesn't matter. Literally any weapon can out damage Luna and NF.
ROFLMAO. Either you don't understand how this works.....or you think I'm dumb enough not to understand how this works.
Range, flinch, actual skill... Any of these things can easily kill a Luna or NF.
Thank you CAPTAIN OBVIOUS. Clearly you do think I'm stupid. Here's how this works. When there is a serious skill mismatch between opponents....or if one player makes a mental MISTAKE...its skill and positioning that wins. A highly skilled player can overcome the disadvantages of a non-meta weapon...or even a bad weapon....if the skill gap is big enough....or they put themselves in good enough position. But when the difference in skill is small...and both players are on relative equal terms with respect to positioning and situational awarness. THIS IS WHERE THE META KICKS IN....and why players spend so much time and energy farming or trying to figure out the meta. Beause those small advantages can determine who wins. I've lost many fights to players with LUNA's Howl were I was not outplayed, I was outGUNNED. I fired first. I didn't miss a shot. I was in my weapon's optimum range...but because my opponent had LH, and MH had been proc'ed it was mathematically impossible for me to win that fight UNLESS that person made a mistake. We both play perfectly....but he wins. Not because of skill, but because his weapon kills FASTER than mine can. That's not skill. Thats called a STRUCTURAL ADVANTAGE....and in a game that is supposed to be one of SKILL...that is an UNFAIR advantage. NO different than playing baseball....and you get FOUR strikes before being called out....and I only get three. ...and if you didn't KNOW that you were, in fact, getting such an advantage, you wouldn't be here defending your crutch so vigorously. If were truly about your being "good" and my being "BAD". You wouldn't have a problem with having to PUT THE GUN DOWN. Because you'd be confident in your ability to win WITHOUT it. But you aren't....or at least you resent having to give up that advantage.

Edited by Hipposplatamus: 4/26/2019 8:19:45 PMWhatever. I'm tired of this argument. Continue crying at Bungie and ruining this game for the people who actually try, idiot. EDIT: As a 'goodbye', let me say one last thing. You're getting way too triggered over this. I mean jeez. Seriously. You're writing essays for every comment now! Yes, you could argue that I'm getting triggered. But I'm not CAPATALIZING every other word and spending half an hour on every response, am I? Yeah, I'm not. That's you I was describing there, in case you couldn't tell.

IOW, you're losing the argument on the merits, and now want to declare victory and leave. OH, and I'm not "ruining the game" for people who actually are interested in competition and a level playing field. This nerf is actually a victory for them. The people I"m ruining the game for simply want to "dominate noobs" and pubstomp their way around quickplay against people who have difficulty fighting back. Everyone likes to win. Few, however, like to compete.
