Dear Bungie support, I hope you read this because it's really important for me. I really enjoy playing D2 and have almost nothing bug related to complain about BUT I'm experiencing problems with the Invitation of the nine, I could not pick up the new one even tho I completed the one of the week before. I tried contacting you support but found no reliable way of reaching out to you but the forums, so I made a post about my issue and found out that many others were having the same troubles as me. You support respondet with an automated message and that's it. No fixing no update about what was going on... Nothing. I really hope that that issue gets fixed until next week because I enjoy the lore of your great game and would be upset if I get out back even more than one week. Have a great evening and please consider creating an actual support email or something where players can reliable reach out to you. Thank you in advance.
