quest line " holiday family history " or any quests

my question is where do you go to start this quest line? is it a random quest given from crucible ? or do you need to go to a certain place? also if you had the quest before and it was deleted from your pursuits , where do you go to reacquire? just asking , thanks for any help given here?

It is a random drop quest. If you delete it you can get it back from Amanda in the hanger

Hello, It's a random quest drop. But players must complete the Forsaken milestone before it can drop. If deleted it goes to Amanda Holiday in the tower.
