I can only imagine how ruined the old Iron Banner Courtyard would be.

Honestly not a lot you can see it kinda through the door in the first mission it's probably the most intact bit of the tower

The vanguard headquarters were underneath it and got directly hit by rockets. I don‘t think it‘s really standing anymore.

It is when you load into the first mission the ceiling is still intact
