This is just a concept I thought about that would be interesting, to me at least. All active users of this place, old and young, gone or thriving, would be invited. As a community, it wouldn’t be that hard to set up, but it most likely will not happen, and if it never did, that would make sense. Most Offtopians are introverts, or, without any offense to anyone but myself, lazy. But let me know what you think about this.

4 RepliesI’d rather have an Offtopic air soft war.
👺
1 ReplyWe have a pool party in my backyard every year Verm. My above ground pool is such a big hit! I thought you knew.
-
If half of the people I met when I first joined were to go, I’d probably go, actually.
-
No Xonrad will try and beat me up 😫
-
All the people I would be interested in meeting got Purged when Bungie decided only its new customers mattered.
-
I'm only going if someone can get ahold of Lincoln, Dorit, Engra, and Nubbin.
-
The closest thing to being something like this happening is PAX. I've never been there, but a lot of people from the private group I've been a part of here for the last 10 years has met up there different times in the past.
-
I think A lot of people might stay away from me...
Not sure about that.
-
I’ll come but after we’ve colonised Venus.
-
It’d be interesting

1 ReplyWe can divide it up between 2 sections: Politics and religion Meme Gods

2 RepliesEdited by Deathevilmistri: 8/2/2018 11:31:32 PMIf I say I’m from California I’d have half the forums whaling on me
-
9 RepliesI wouldn’t want to go talk to a bunch of people that I trolled a lot on the internet. Interactions in real life actually have consequences... I have a feeling I might get beat up. I could maybe take 2-3 of you at once but more than that (there’s probably gonna be more than that who want to) and I’ll get pulverized.
-
8 RepliesAlso many of us are teenagers who’s parents would freak out if they knew they’d spent 3+ years chatting with strangers on the internet and now wanted to go to a convention to meet them
-
9 RepliesIt would be fun to do this in about 10 years or so, but for now, too many kids, not enough adults and fuck all if the adults want to babysit your squeakers, lol
-
Why? This place is dead and all the cool posters are gone.
-
8 RepliesUm... you do know that we’re spread out around the globe right? The closest person I know in Offtopic is Fish.
-
That would be pretty awesome. It's not out of this world to organize something like that.
-
1 ReplyI think an OffTopic convention would also be known as everyday life. Just t h i n k about it.
-
Book it in Leicester England and I might come 🤷♂️
-
1 ReplyMeeting others. No thanks. Like you said, introvert. Plus for all I know we could be in different parallel universes and the bungie forums connect the universe so other dimensional beings can talk, but not see each over. Who knows, it’s a big multiverse
-
Hard pass. The stench would be unbearable.
-
4 RepliesEver heard of Dash-con? Tumblr-folk tried doing the same thing. Like 5 people showed up.
-
It probably won't happen, but I would really enjoy meeting my fellow users and as we introduce ourselves we collectively say, "holy crap! You're that guy??" Sounds like fun
-
No I have attracted too much hate. People who tell the truth like me live dangerous. I stay behind my screen where I'm safe and anonymous. But you all should go to it. Make photos of each other and post them here. I want to see your ridiculous faces.

Edited by Peaches Pan Tao: 8/2/2018 9:02:59 AMWould be great, I've often dreamed of such, but I'm guessing very few of us have the means, time, or money to attend something like this.
