HoW was the last time in destiny you could get into endgame without a mic. (excluding escalation protocol because everyone does as 9 team) this means the 99% of the deaf community and people who don't like to mic are fully excluded from end game because bungie can't be bothered to add a sort of command wheel in the game with all the raids call outs by holding a d pad button in and a wheel similar to GTA 5's weapon wheel shows up and the command you choose and it shows up on screen like grubbiestkey said dog. I explain things horrible but surely you sort of get what I'm trying to explain

There were raid teams that beat d2 raids that the whole team was deaf. If you have an impairment, you just need to work with a team to develop a strategy for the team. No different than a voice team really, just need to find what call outs work for the team as a whole.

If you can’t make a callout or hear your team, you can’t raid. Some can, I ran it with a mute guy once, but we put him where he wasn’t required to call anything out. You saying “dog” wouldn’t help people know if you were low health or if you needed help clearing adds. You’d have to hope everyone reads it, which most people won’t even notice it in the bottom left corner. If you can talk, use a mic. You don’t have to say anything besides callout and “hey guys” as soon as you join. I’ve done plenty of raids that way. If you’re deaf/mute you have to explain that before you join. The average group isn’t going to help someone without voice coms raid if they don’t explain their situation beforehand.

1 ReplyMaybe in feedback, tell bungie to add it? I hope they do, it'll be cool for some people that need it
