It’s a shame that people are still fuming to the point where they feel the need to continuously post [b]all[/b] the things wrong with this game and [b]all[/b] their sore feelings about it.
This is my honest opinion about this TWAB post.
- This is a positive update by Bungie
- I will return to Destiny from The Division if nearly every TWAB is as positive as this one
- I believe that if Bungie can make each week a milestone of some sort, whereby they don’t just give us plans but also say what changes have [b]now come into effect[/b], then this game will be back on track.
- I will no longer post negatively unless I’ve been screwed further somehow. Now it’s all about slowly finding more reason to log in and play which entirely depends on how many TWAB’s are as good as this (or better).

The thing is, I don't find more reasons to play the game because their communication wasn't crap. I find reasons to play because the game is improving. It isn't. It's still just a weekly Milestone loop in the same tired places with the same tired weapons. We desperately need new activities (not new token vendors) and an improved Sandbox.

It's not bending over, it's pragmatism. At this point you have two options, either accept the game is flawed and needs lots of work and recognize that will take some time, or give up on the game completely. If it's the latter, then there is no point in hanging around here honestly, other than to kick a thoroughly dead horse out of spite. Personally, I've said my peace. They know they screwed up at this point, so continuing to tell them isn't constructive. If they screw up again, fine, let them know.

I'm not sure why that was confusing for you. I'm not that worried because I have a life outside Destiny, and there are plenty of things to do in the meantime. The game is not great now, but it'll get incrementally better. Or if it doesnt, oh well, I'll move on to other things.

What whole thing? Please ask whomever is reading this to you to help you form coherent thoughts. I guessing you mean that saying the game should have been great from the start is how you intend to make the game better? That makes no sense at all. No one is going back in time here.

I agree all these negative people posting garbage bout bungie are a bunch of whiny school kiddies lacking attention. No gaming company is perfect. So what they are taking there time giving us content. There is always going to be someone complain about something.

The only thing that bothers me is that Bungie are now taking positive steps forward from what I can tell going through this TWAB and people are still trying to ‘kick them whilst they’re down’. Please just everyone be [b]encouraging[/b] for this good work to be kept up and still coming! The reality is that they [b]know[/b] all the things we’ve listed are sorely missed and they [b]want[/b] to deliver to us that original content as an enjoyable sequel. But at this point people need to start taking it all a bit more seriously. We’ve all posted something negative here even myself but now it’s all about moving forward with the available resources they have. It’s a giant team serving multiple projects simultaneously that all have to come together and work hand in hand with each other it’s not easy. Let’s hope that each TWAB is like this or better that’s all I’m saying.

I’ve just moved back to the Division. I have to say the improvements are immense, it’s a seriously good game now.

Got the gold addition for £24.99 slashed from £79.99 in the January sale. I heard the 1.8 update was the best one yet and respectable YouTubers were rating it highly. So i got it. Currently enjoying the campaign and it’s great. A [b]lot[/b] of inventory management which I’m not the biggest fan of. Overall though it’s definitely a good way to take a break from Destiny until the big list of wrongness is dealt with. Once that happens I’ll happily come back.

How good does modding armour and weapons feel though?!

It does feel good. It’s still early days for me and I’m getting greens and blues. I’m sure it will feel even more exciting when I loot more exciting stuff. My bag is always full though and I’m always selling or dismantling stuff and then trying to figure out what’s good and what’s not. It’s a good 15 mins of inventory management at the end of each session.. and sometimes half way through when I’m out of space! Anyway it doesn’t take away too much from the fun. I iust need to score a bigger bag so I can fit more!
