Bad ending you can't bear to see, or just too big to get done within you lifespan?
I'm still working on finishing AC Unity and Resident Evil 5 for some reason lol

Arkham City. Can't even remember why, I mean I loved the game and was pretty sure I was close to the end. I just put it down one day and forgot to go back to it. Bloodborne. I've done a lot, and again am close to the end. Unfortunately I'm not particularly good at the game (as much as I love it), and had to have help from friends with some of the harder/later/DLC bosses eg Amelia, Orphan of Kos, so once my PS+ ran out I kinda put it to one side. The Last Guardian. I feel I should go back to this, and I probably will. I just didn't get into it at the time, even though it was truly lovely. XCom 2. Just not that into it. Loved the first remake, but the second one was too repetitive - the balance of time between missions and doing stuff in the base was too heavily weighted towards the missions. Also it was damn tough, but then when I knocked it down a difficulty it was too easy. Might go back to it one day. Maybe.

Botw Persona 5 Nier automata Botw cause i was on a dungeon, told myself I'd finish it tomorrow. Never did, came back like 2 months later, started dungeon again, told myself I'd start again tomorrow. Never did again. Really gotta finish that cause it's a great game. Persona 5. Started it, personal goty 2017. Got 35 hours in and then final exams were coming up for semester so i was studying. Never got back to playing again, despite loving the game. Nier automata. Loaded the game up and didn't feel like playing cause it was 11:30pm and i had my last final the next day. Never loaded it back up. Haven't turned my PS4 on since...

Borderlands 1 and 2. Both were bought to ply with friends. Thought both were incredibly lame. Ugly art, juvenile humor, mediocre shooting.

Andromeda. Gave it 3 chances. Played the trilogy over and over. Honestly Andromeda is just dog ass. The characters suck, so does the story, combat is clunkier everything feels half-assed.

1 ReplyMy list would be too long. As much as I love many of the games I've bought I tend to flitter because my ADHD doesn't let me stay interested in one game for too long. My son got a PS4 for Xmas and while I wouldn't buy one for myself (not enough exclusives to justify a second console) I have bought a couple of the exclusives that do interest me (TLOU,Infamous second son and HZD) so I'm sure my list will only lengthen.

The first Dark Souls. It doesn’t really count because I technically finished the game, but it took me about two and a half years. I got stuck on Ornstein and Smough and after about 50 tries I just quit. Then came back two years later and finished it on my 2nd try. I finished the rest of the game in about 2 weeks.

3 RepliesMass Effect: Andromeda. I can't bother to fully complete the "story" because there really isn't one. Nothing meaningful happens in the lore. You are literally some dude who just pokes around a few planets and shoots up some hostile aliens. That's it. The game got such a bad rap that Bioware says that they're not working on anything ME-related for the time being. EA once again being the grim reaper and putting the scythe to another formally good franchise.

Most Zeldas, since I never get everything 100% done (whether it be stuck in x dungeon or every heart container or whatever) or in OoT's case, I just don't think I can beat the boss because of the time limit between the two phases, I hate time limits.

Bioshock infinite Metro last light Doom Witcher 3 blood & wine Borderlands My list of shame doesn't care how good of a game it is. Not saying ever going to finish'em, just that they're on hiatus.[spoiler]now just playing RimWorld & Prey Rim, being my absolut favs, mods keep it fresh. Bravely Default: it was going on too long, and I got tired of grinding. AC: Unity: the last couple times I tried to finish it, it froze up on me. Nioh: I was killing time with it to ease the wait of BotW, then I just didn't get back to it. Fire Emblem Conquest: got tired of low level units dying, I really should just play without them instead of developing them.

Halo 5. I was excited to play it, I barely purchased it 2 months ago. Campaign was fun at first but it got boring and repetitive. Fighting the same boss over and over again... Multiplayer was a dud. I want my money back.
