Hello Bungie, I am writing to request the hidden restrictions be removed from my account. This is a polite help request directly to the developer and the developer alone. I am not seeking community support. Any negative or hateful comments will be recorded as evidence in the pending case mentioned below to file charges against Bungie for providing an environment for hate crimes. A subpoena will be issued and you will be forced to travel to my home state to testify at your own expense. After reaching 330 base on my warlock not a single piece of random 330 gear has dropped in three days. My titan at 329 base has recieved 7 helms, 5 pairs of boots and 0 chest pieces. The definition of a random number generator starts with the word RANDOM It means different results, and at this stage I believe that I am being singled out. This is a mistake. Please resolve this "bug" as I already have evidence during D1 of silent nerfs to my account provided to me by an ethical hacker. The evidence was not solicited, nor requested and I did not have prior knowledge of it before it was obtained, but am quite clear on what you allow employees and admins to do to players you do not like. In the event the issue is not resolved immediately I will move forward with ALL OF MY PREVIOUS STATEMENTS to make your company claim responsibility for its immoral behavior. All previous criminal suits will be reported to the federal government, not limited to but including: Providing an environment for hackers to present malicious attacks. Attacks by Bungie employees on consumers ,as well as cheating in P.V.P. ( I have two recorded instances of known employees knocking players offline in trials matches to save their "rep." Providing an environment for hate crimes by denying customers private support and encouraging ridicule by the community. I will also notify Activision AGAIN that you are allowing them to take the blame for your failures and soil their reputation as well as notify Sony that you are allowing your server failures to be blamed on them in this forum. I agreed to your EULA but the Federal government did not. Those are only the laws I have mentioned you are breaking, not the other 40 I am aware of. Remove the nerfs. I tried very very hard to play nice and work with you, but your obvious in game response is pretty evident. I do not pay money to be mistreated, nor will I be abused. Period. You may contact me directly if you wish to avoid all of this and I will extend ONE MORE open door dialogue request to you before I bring this hammer down. That really is all I've ever wanted, but you appear to be too stuck up to offer real customer support. IT does not give you power, it makes you look evil. As I mentioned before this is a "polite" request. It gets less "polite" from here, but I will without question win our little dispute. Every time I have done this in the past Bungie has buckled and corrected the issue which is why I have not taken action until now. All of your responses show your level of self importance, lack of character and just downright desire to be evil. I don't know when all of those who complain about the state of the game are going to wake up and realize that YOU ARE THE ONES LETTING IT GO DOWN THE TOILET. So, to clarify, Yes the sword was originally my idea as far as I can tell. If you can search my history I could not find an earlier post but that's there too. (since everyone's focusing on being judgmental. Yes Bungie DOES impose hidden nerfs on player accounts and I have proof of this but cannot show it here at this time for legal reasons. Yes Bungie DOES cheat and even kick players in P.V.P, and have proof of this as well, which again I cannot yet disclose for legal reasons. This is why they aren't policing P.v.p. as they would need to police themselves. The law states that I must give a certain period of reasonable time for concessions. As I have mentioned before. Bungie has buckled in the past each time and for a short while we actually did have a direct connection to activision based on this. With D2 that has disappeared. For those lawyers out there , understand that there are laws I am personally aware of that you will need to research regarding FCC regulations, Hacking, transmission of bad code, and many others that Bungie is violating. 20 years in computing here. Look it up, you'll see what I mean. just reference Napster suits *hint* No I really didn't want to hear from ANY of you. Good, bad or indifferent. The fact that you have responded so negatively is proof of this ENTIRE post. So, thank you for supporting my cause. Abusing those who already feel abused is a way for companies to avoid resolving issues. Avoiding direct contact is a form of collusion to suppress paid customer support. Again, thank you for proving my point. Call me crazy because you don't agree, but the issue here is that it shouldn't matter if YOU agree.Making me post support requests in public is abuse plain and simple.
