Do you trust Bungie? and would you pre-order from them in the future?
If only they could make games the way the marketing team make them out to be.

1 ReplyNever again. I loved D1 and stuck through all the hard times. I feel like a got totally screwed with D2. I thought I was buying a sequel to Destiny but it turns out it's a totally different game that is more or less the kids version of my favorite game.

1 ReplyPreordering is ALWAYS a gamble you are buying before the finished product is there. Preordering use to be a bigger deal when limited copies of a game got sent to each store but with digital downloads and the size of the market getting recognized it is next to impossible to not get your game on release day. As a whole it is something gamers need to stop doing preorder bonuses are probably the biggest reason that it hasn't died out. But to answer your question I would probably get the next game ( thats is a long way and many current game updates away) because frankly I have had fun with this game and gotten my moneys worth and continue to do so. the game is not perfect but I don't feel ripped off like some people clearly do.

personally I enjoy Destiny 2 and Destiny 1 even if they both are lacking. There is just something about that grind...

2 RepliesProbably. I got enough time out of D2 that I don't feel ripped off. I would guess I played it for about 50 to 60 hours. It's not craptonne of hours I played in y1 destiny, but it's a solid amount. Destiny 1 was really the only game I ever played for hundreds and hundreds of hours. The problem with games like Destiny is if you want to play them, you need to play them on release day. Once people get bored of them people drop off like flies. Either I preorder or I don't play at all. It doesn't seem to me like Destiny is a game you pick up and play a few months after release. D1 DLC made previous content moot... so it was never really the same going back and playing it (especially in y2/y3).

1 ReplyNot sure, hoping they work this out. I think the way to do it is buy the game 6 months after the release when finally they get the game where it needs to be. It’s strange, this game feels like it was created by someone other than Bungie.
