Since the update to the companion app becoming the destiny 2 companion the clan founder listed in the app has changed without the authority of the actual / real clan founder. Also the admins have been demoted to standard clan members. The issue we have is that the new imposter ;) or clan founder is an inactive player and so we don't have anyone with the ability to change clan settings or bio or even accept new clan members.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing or can bungie help us change back to the actual clan founder so we can gear up for destiny 2?
No one is quite sure how this has happened we're are only a small clan of 9 friends.
Help is appreciated
Cheers

This happened to my clan as well. There aren't any new members, but I can't add new friends or administer my clan, either.

This happened to us as well. Our clan was just supposed to be for our small friend group, and my wife was founder and admin. Suddenly we get a notification that new people had joined, and now one of them is listed as founder and another as the only admin. Never seen the people before in our life. May end up having to leave and start a whole new clan just to fix the issue before the launch.

1 ReplyThis is a common thing. Bungie has only said they know about the clan issues, I dont believe they have commented any farther than that on these issues. My clan was "taken over" by a 17 year old who hasnt been on in 5 months.
