Power ammo
Let more than one person get power ammo it kinda retarded.

More than 1 person can get it. If you beat the other team to both spawns.

Except it spawns like every 60 secs...so you'll plenty of opportunities to get it.

Problem is if all 4 have power ammo it's like the current chaining of supers, once that gets going it'd basically over for the other team as they wouldn't be able to challenge for the next drop of power ammo as they'd just die in hail of power ammo fire the minute they stepped near it. But yes it's a bad choice having you compete with your team for it but one that goes to the core of the weapon system design so likely can't be changed without even worse consequences.
