4 RepliesThe one thing I don't get is Montana's already sparsely populated, and usually cults don't have a huge following, so how am I realistically going to blow up truckloads of cult members. Also, will they have helicopters? How many compounds would a cult have? All these things are a little more believable when fighting a small nations army or criminal organization dealing in drugs and weapons, but just some cult in the middle of nowhere?

The game will be based on religious fanaticism. the game will feature pistol grip only shotguns, revolvers, compound bows, AR-15s, and RPG-7s the planes are returning, possibly with a bomber capacity there will be possibly some sort of female character similar to Petra's role in FC3. it is possible that the woman has had her arms removed, there seems to be a chain around her neck. based on what we have seen so far a lot of the game skins/mechanics/weapons could possibly be retextures of far cry 3 in a shiny new HD coat of paint. so far i'd say don't pro-order this game, wait until it launches to see how similar it is to the old games before buying it.

15 RepliesI'm just wondering how exactly this is even going to work. Far Cry games work on the premise of being thrown into a place where there is no rule of law. If it's just set in Montana then isn't it just going to become Grand Theft Auto: Far Cry with cops chasing you everywhere?
