Crucible is dead
There is no incentive to play it. Either you're the team getting off on your full fireteam sweat stomping the randoms or you are the randoms paired with people who scatter everywhere and get picked apart. Mercy rule means nothing and "we're breaking up those teams" means nothing... You will still be match made with the same people. I'm not grinding out Shax bounties to get shitty rewards. Boring af.

I'm making a statement about how shitty the crucible is. I miss how it was before. Just because I'm not "grinding out" Shax bounties doesn't mean I'm not going to play anymore , I'm just simply in no hurry to play as much as I used too. Not having anyone to team up and play with is kinda boring. If you have any communities or clans that seem to have fun then recommend them to me. Cheers guardians.

I'm trying to get one last win in supremacy to finish the -blam!-ing book but I keep either being on the losing team or half way through the match I'll enter purgatory and not be abld to damage anyone even though I'm on green bar connection so I just walk around meleeing and it does nothing lol.

Really doesnt help that the lag an red bars rule over PvP. I make it a point to message these people teabag them an everything in the book so they start to screw up an come after me instead of the rest of the team I'm put on. Two matches after primaries became the meta an no special except for sidearm. I had two people as a team they were lagging using no land an everything. Constantly went after them teabagged a few when they got me I got bagged but I killed them more then they got me I was most of there deaths. Called them out for being laggers for using no land an told them to take there shit else where they finally left. By the way it didn't help that one of them teabagged me first cause they thought they did something amazing when they didn't. So to everyone who lags an all the crutches in the world well you need to leave the game cause you are the reason this game is shit.

I was wondering WTF was wrong I nearly went to buy a new controller....in 3 out of 5 games of Control for Shaxx Bounty I was getting stomped from every direction And my hits weren't registering, get a serious melee hit on someone then die before they do etc. It is beyond a joke, it is absolutely broke

1 ReplyWhat I do is leave a few games as it starts, then remove my yellow armor and guns, use something fun like fusion rifles or sidearms, make up some rules for yourself like no running just walking, or you can't do double jumps or sticking to one area or the map. The go in and have fun, don't mind the score. The only thing I'm not liking from the new changes is the lack of green ammo when you respawn.

I mean I actually enjoy this crucible. For the first time since year 1, my handcannon bullets actually go where I aim them. And I can still use my preferred loadout with TLW and a sniper in 6s. 3s I agree with you, the 3v3 game modes need a lot of work

10 RepliesCrucible is a ton of fun. What's not fun is the amount of NLB masters I find in my lobbies. When they know how to shoot through flinch.... the salt starts to flow.

Some modes are downright painful. I notice I'm getting thrown into games that are almost over, more often. That's always fun. lol. Lag seems to be a bit more prevalent. Still, when things work well, it's still a lot of fun. I've scaled back my Destiny play a bit, because I'm playing other games. I'm sure player interest will spike on 3/28 when the DLC is released. I'll definitely be playing more then. Don't get me started on sticky grenade whiners. I like seeing sticky nades being used. It's nice to see some gear/perks out there that have some power (when they work). I'm sick and tired of the Nerf Brigade ruining everything in this game. Leave sticky grenades alone!!!

2 RepliesI'm a grimoire collector so I'm only playing to complete those (too bad mayhem playlists don't count towards the corresponding gamemode). I'm doing all right with team based games, still trying to find the right weapons in the new meta (started with suros, still feels meh, found myself going back to clever dragon). I'm not looking forward to having to get to 100 rumble and 2v2/3v3 wins with all these hand cannons running around. Anyone know a simpler playstyle for a grimoire grinder to get these wins?

Had my worst crucible match ever today. A full team of streamers and youtubers vs complete randoms. I wish I got mercy ruled with how badly I lost. Killed my motivation to play today.

It's pretty terrible, especially in the small team playlists. Doubles is almost impossible to win if you solo-queue, as it's almost completely full of pre-made teams using meta loadouts and sweating like crazy. Salvage was almost exactly the same way last week. It's pretty much impossible for the average person to grind for the grimoire in these two modes at this point

4 RepliesI agree. Bungie really made Crucible a painful experience. At least when we had shotguns we had some variety. Now we have people camping with No Land Beyond and sitting in the back with Scout rifle just wacking away. Wack wack wack.. And pulse rifles can't compete with Scouts now.

1 ReplyIm STILL getting into EXTREMELY laggy and red bar lobbies. I thought they had "mostly" fixed this problem? It just seems that its rare that im in a lobby where every single person is good! Idk maybe it's just me but my Internet is good. I have a good modem and speed so Im just about positive it's not me but I bring this up because beside what the main post is taking about (which i agree) I also find this problem!

yesterday, played Control . Here what i experienced. 1) Don't know why but the matchmaking took more time than before. 2) Two times, i suddenly realized that half of the team left. 3) Many times joined an on-going match which were finished after few minutes.

Dude, I hate it when the game pairs you with two randoms and then your opponents are either a full(godly) fireteam or a team of two with 1 godly random. But anyways the crucible seems fine to me,you just have to play smart and hope that you get at least half decent teamates.[spoiler]and hope that they know how to aim😂[/spoiler]

If it was not for the gun play is fun on this game even with the wtf shots. , Just the server systems is so outdated ., It turning people away. as each new game that been coming out. That are now true next genny. For consoles and as the raspberry PI cpu , grows for people for pc gaming , people starting to see. how well online games works in the simply form. If like to know what the raspberry pi is , it simple cpu that stronger then xbox 360 and ps3 , but people now upgrading it for like 120$ bucks that makes games stronger then xbox one and ps4.

The lag, the stickies and the awful rewards have made it a bit sh*t TBH. I'll still grind Trials for the shaders and the ship but thats about it for now.
