get 3 kills with your primary to get a primary streak, then get around 3 kills with your special to get a special streak, then get around 3 kills with your heavy to get a heavy streak, do all this with around a 10 second time frame of each other to get a rainbow medal

Edited by JACKFNSPARROW: 12/15/2016 10:31:57 PMI did mine at the undying mind in the beginning then during the boss battle and the vex spawn thru the gate just kill 4 with a primary swap to special etc. Food for thought

I recommend Zhalo Supercell, fusion or shotty, and a sword. Thrall are great ... Get a spree with the primary, switch to your special and let them have it. As soon as that spree pops, get your sword out (legendary swords are fine) and go ham with it. The Sepiks strike and the Omnigul strike are really good for the rainbow medals. Good luck, Guardian! Note ... I like the fusion rifle because it's pretty easy to get multiple targets with one burst. Or use Invective.

Gotta get 3 kills with Primary, Special, Heavy. You'll see their spree medal pop up when you get it. To get rainbow just get all three in a row really fast. Easier if you have a rocket launcher and start with heavy. It's really fast right now if you go do the nightfall as that area when you're alone spawns a crap ton of enemies really fast.

Edited by mja calg: 12/17/2016 1:02:28 AMJust to interject, you have at least 1 minute between weapon sprees to get them to count for you Rainbow medal. Also you don't need to do it Primary, Secondary then Heavy. It can be any order like Secondary Primary Heavy etc. The trick is that as soon as you get your spree, switch to the next weapon. If you keep killing enemies with the last weapon it's basically gone. So if you want to do multiple Rain bows, keep switching your weapons after each spree. For example Primary, Secondary, Heavy, Secondary, Primary, Heavy sprees will get you 2 Rainbow medals. However Primary, Secondary, Heavy, Heavy (no spree double heavy), Secondary, Primary will get 1 medal because you did not switch weapons after the heavy kills. I got mine done in about 2 strikes with random players after I figured this out using Zhallo, a fusion rifle and a heavy machine gun (all Arc - so they got that extra kill buff). Snipers are fine too, but the high impact ones only have 3 shots so that makes it a lot more challenging.

Gotta get a spree kill with each weapon I usually use sniper first heavy then primary

Must be 3 primary kills, 3 special kills, and 3 heavy kills one after the other. Doesn't matter the order of what you use first as long as you do 3, 3, and 3.

The timing on the 3 kills needs to be quick to count as a spree but you can take some time between each weapon type if you have to. Just focus on a set pattern and keep repeating. It's getting pretty busy now but load into the Night Fall and stay on the spawn area. Some decent waves of Vex and Fallen to work on.
