Be honest, when did you like pvp?
I don't want to read an entire F**king essay on why you liked a certain time, but just list three reasons why you think crucible was best during one of these periods.
P.S. Beta is with vanilla if that is your option. Also if you never did like crucible, just leave a comment saying you don't play or don't say or click anything at all.

Y1 was fun, just a place for some arcadey action. Lag wasn't a really big issue either. Y2 was not so great, consistent issues with lag and lame tactics used in the crucible. Y3 has a great start with the addition of private matches. I have had a blast playing rumble, and elimination with friends.

If they just nerfed Thorn and TLW from the HoW meta this game would literally be the greatest thing in existence. But then bungie had a senior moment, and shit hit the fan [b]way[/b] too hard.

Edited by fettuccine: 9/22/2016 9:40:36 PMNow. The only things that bothers me are Thunderstrike, Smoke and Warlock Glide. Thunderstrike should be like a Throwing Knife. Smoke shouldn't get rid of your radar and should make grenades deal less damage when in contact with Smoke in PVP. Using high Agility on Warlock should give Glide significantly more Speed and Control. Everything else is balanced.

I don't play a lot of pvp but I try to do the games each week for legendary marks. I don't I've ever hated it. You win some and you lose some, but it's all for the rewards.

It's better now than it was in HOW as the weapon balance is better. Although I do miss the Pulse Rifle domination of Hawksaw, Messenger and Hopscotch Pilgrim of HOW.

Thorn/TLW era was the best because trials was super competitive. Even though they were 2 shot kills, literally everyone had the guns so no one was at a disadvantage

I voted Vanilla. Although nothing was in the game, it was fresh weapons did what they were supposed to do. Yeah Vex gun and thorn were crazy but well either get the gun and use it or learn how to beat it.

Vanilla. I know I had fun using my two favorite weapons from beta. Before the nerf. The matches didn't feel like they dragged on. The sunsinger was glorious.

2 RepliesSupremacy is quite possibly the worst thing they could have come up with. The games are so lopsided that I was actually the only non-quitter in my second match. The worst part, it seems to have replaced Rift - which easily was the best gametype. It's just sad.

Right after Taken King, when that Sunbreaker hammer made everyone tremble in their boots. But post HoW Last Word was loads of fun, too. My Bladedancer shredded with that thing.
