Im just ending this post not bc im mad my opinion is unpopular, but because im just sick of the notifications and im getting lazy and dont feel like arguing and explaining to people the same thing over and over. i knew i was going to get alot of hate, but i wanted to see the forums opinion on this.

All range boosting perks should be removed from shotguns in favour of mobility perks. you need to get closer but you can with the increased mobility.

1 ReplyYour poll answers are a bit off. Will turn away people from what could be a good discussion. But yeah it would be nice if that perk is left in the past moving forward. But then it'll be a moan fest if they do because the word on the street is that we'll be able to infuse year 2 gear in year 3. Either way I expect a balancing patch to come.

8 RepliesThis logic is cancer to the game. Bungie asshats already stole the shot package perk off of my first great PC+1, now you want them to take rangefinder off of my current one? That instills distrust that any good weapon perks you get could just go away. Terrible idea.

8 RepliesSure Shotpackage is gone now lets take Rangefinder and make Shotguns irrelevant. Meanwhile I still die stupid Sniper Deaths every game and no one asks to kill their best perks.... Im not saying Snipers are completly OP, but why should we always nerf Shotguns and so nothing to Snipers ? That would make this pretty much s Sniper only game.

7 RepliesI agree, but maybe to an extent. Let me explain. High impact shottys seem like the ones that are supposed to have range. They should keep rangefinder. Low impact shottys, however, shouldn't have rangefinder. They seem like the ones that you run up to people with and spray them down while hip firing. Because of the high fire rate, you don't really need rangefinder since you can just dump one or two more bullets into them. These are just my opinions though. About the fourth horseman...it needs a buff. Rangefinder? [spoiler]The luckiest seven you will ever meet[/spoiler]

Remove shotguns from the game for knives. Not throwing knives. (Keep that hunter, specific) but dagger knives for stabbing, like in CoD lol

No Any removal of the rangefinder perk will require balancing of snipers. These are two competing special weapons and it is hardly necessary to Nerf shotguns when snipers are the ones that need to be adjusted

I voted no, but I do see you when you say if has no variety. If the slightly buff the range and remove range finder and make a whole new equally good perk, it would make sense. But until then I don't think so

4 RepliesNah, good luck to you if you can roll rangefinder and rifled barrel on a shotgun. There are that many junk perks diluting the perk pool if you can roll a couple of good ones good on you.
