So you nerf what's used the most....?
Then why are snipers relatively untouched for 2 years. Every other weapon has been nerfed to throwing spitwads except for them. Go to crucible and they're everywhere, pulling off shots only AA can achieve. Why has this gone on so long now?
Y'all really should look into responding to your community once in a while, while we are still here to give a damn.

3 RepliesThat's not entirely true, they nerfed special ammo, scope zoom, and specifically changed the 1KYS as well. Still too prevalent but it's not like they haven't done anything.

1 ReplyThey did make changes to snipers with the April Update, but the goal isn't to make people completely abandon an entire type of gun, but to try different stuff. Really there's nothing they can do to make me use a sniper instead of a fusion rifle. The only way is if I put in the time to gain the skill to use it. And if I did I wouldn't abandon it just because of a nerf and IMHO all of the nerfs are not as bad as people make them out to be.

2 RepliesBungie needs to stop Bowing down to steamers. Trials is the source of more problems in this game than anything. Nerfs and buffs are based on how it effects trials. I'm sick of gun an ammo nerfs, to keep them happy. Many of them don't play anything but trials, they don't care how it effects the rest of the game. I don't care how many people this pisses off, this is a PVE game, with a Pvp component. It's time it started being treated as such. The best thing bungie could do is separate Pvp from PVE . This would put an end to most of the stupid nerfs that screw over PVE. Give Pvp a selection weapons to chose from each week, if it's REALLY about skill, then they can win at crucible or go flawless with any weapons, not just the meta's their so proud of.

1 ReplyI don't want snipers to be nerfed because the only 'sniper' I use in crucible is Queenbreakers Bow, when snipers are great and should stay that way in pve.

It was the most fun era were exotic felt good. Undo every sub-class nerf. We obviously tried the nerf way let's test the buff way.

They do nerf what is used most. Which is extremely stupid IMO. And then they'll release a stupid graph that is supposed to make people feel good about the nerf when its only part of the story. Jon Wisniewski is a blundering idiot and should NOT be allowed to release one more balancing patch.
