Do Exotic Weapons 'Feel' Exotic?

I put together some of my thoughts regarding exotic weapons, addressing primary weapons that actually feel exotic. This is all opinion of course, I'm sure others will have a different perspective on the same topic, just interested in what the community thinks.

I think with weapons, some are meant to feel stronger based on the situation they're used in. Some of the weapons are just good in all situations. Tlaloc is a good example. It's not a good weapon if you're going to use your super a lot. If I'm running something like fireborn, I'm probably not gonna use my super a lot, so the weapon stays godlike for a while. I usually don't use it if I'm running Voidwalker or Stormcaller. Now Bad Juju mixed with Obsidian Mind, while running Voidwalker. That combo gets insane. Bad Juju combination works well with any armor for all classes that help your super charge faster. EDIT: Icebreaker, Thorn, Ghally, among others were probably the 3 I remember from Y1 that felt strong all the time. EDIT 2: Forgot about Hawkmoon Y1. Haven't used it much in Y2 to know if it's still godlike.
