How do I stop red-barring in PVP?
I have 100 mps download, 3 mps upload speed to my house. I test my xbox connection (wired) and I'm 30 mps download, 3 mps upload and 1% packet loss. I've cleared cache numerous times but still red. How can I get rid of the red bar?
