So far every match I have played in Trials of Osiris, the whole team has Universal Remote or Invective.
The idiotic part about it is that none of the teams use a strategy. They all just rush to get kills. It is unfair to people who actually have strategies and want to actually win, not just get a cheap win for using brainless techniques.

Two Words. Fusion... Rifle. I did a rumble and it was all Titans but I was jus a hunter. Nothing but shoulder charge and shotgunning. I won because of my Plan C exotic.

Lmao. 100% troll post.

Edited by Corrosive Fear: 4/19/2016 2:22:44 PMWow in my runs all i run into is teams of hunters and warlock (Rarely a titan) and all are snipers. I think in my 3 runs i ran into maybe 5 people using shotguns
-
I use universal remote but it trades off because i use defender and a sidearm
-
Trials is meant to be challenging. If you truly know what you're doing, you would be able to adapt to shotgun eushers. Black shield is easy to counter shotgun rushers considering 2 thirds of the map is outside
-
Zerging is actually a strategy, just like turtling (apologies for the ancient WoW terms). That being said I believe there were a lot of new people in Trials this week (I don't run Trials often it gives me heartburn) and lots of people trying to find a new meta. This first few weeks after a patch will be telling as to what guns you'll see dominating until next patch.

Better than camping
-
Because running at someone before they can post up with a sniper isnt a strategy.
-
Are you playing to win? Or trying to prove you are the best field commander? Adapt, or don't play Trials. As long as there is a radar, and revives, Trials will remain what it is. Trials of O'Snipers/Iron Banner should not have radar...
-
Well, obviously their strat is working. :I

The answer to that solution is simple. Don't rush them. It's easy to inspect the other team to see if they are shotgun rushing or sniping. If they are rushing find a spot with good lanes and wait for them. You have the advantage since they have to close the distance. But if you're sniping and decide to rush the middle room against shotgunners...well you deserve the death.

Better than getting sniped.

Adapt
-
So you kept running into the inside mid despite knowing they all used shotguns? First round, I can see that happening, anything past that, fight outside.

22 RepliesYour logic is fûcking hilarious. It reeks of ignorance, idiocy, and scrubiness.
-
If you actually had a strategy you would be able to adapt it to take out the rushers, if you cant it probably isnt a good strategy.
-
Isn't rushing the other team a strategy?
-
Shotgun Rushing is a fair strategy as camping with a sniper
Not to be that kind of scrubby kid but . . . git gud
-
OP cries about rushers and insists that if they had a brain and used "tactics" they would win "right"! This made my day! Funniest shit I've read in a while!!!!

This map was built for long range combat. If you are stupid enough to get smacked by brainless techniques then you need to get good. I would much rather play a pushy up close and personally game than feeling like I can't step around a corner without having three snipers head glitched on the other side of the map pinning me down. Either way this map has two different styles of play and you can always control what style of play your team prefers, it just depends on how patient you are. You should have used a better strategy.

Use trip mine grenades.

1 ReplyIf it's brainless. How do you lose to them?

4 RepliesI'd rather face shotgun rushers the camping snipers.
