No, as you can only get grimoir once Yes you get grimoir from dead ghosts.

1 Replyto your second question, no, Dead Ghosts may be found only once per account. however, it doesn't matter which character you find them on, so when there are some that may give you fits trying to jump to them on a Warlock, try using your Titan or Hunter instead.

Yes, and dead ghosts isnt redundant, dead guardians would be redundant. Ghosts are alive so they can become inactive (die)
