Slowly dismantle the institute from the inside over the period of a week, killing people then blaming in on Someone.I would enlist the help of all the other synths to do so.

Then, become General of the Minutemen and gain artillery support. Then bomb the Prydwen, but allow Maxson to escape. Then, I use the Deliverer for the final strike.
