Acting like shady dealers. Laughing on how bad they "cut" the content and everyone ate it up. Toned it down a bit, but you get the point. Kinda reminds me of Grandmas boy for some reason.

2 Replies16 months... If you played it for that long, they didn't fail. They got your money, and your time. You either enjoyed it or was entertained for the time you played it, or you are a big sucker that enjoys punishment.

3 RepliesFailure to deliver. Look back at Destiny yr.1 hype videos from Bungie. What they advertised and what you actually received almost makes me vomit.

I bought my daughter the destiny art book for Christmas. While I looked at it with her, I was amazed at the vision of the world that became destiny. To be honest, vanilla destiny came pretty close to that vision, save a few missteps in the story department. Combine the unmatchable gameplay, rich lore (in the grimiore) and beautiful worlds, it is an amazing game. They have slowly been morphing the game away from a rich, shared world sci fi fantasy to an event based, PvP centric, monetized game. I admit that it wearing the sheen off a tad. TTK was a great expansion, but we are on a malaise. I have hope for the future. I'm pretty excited to get glimpses of destiny 2.

3 Replies"Success" or "failure" is an opinion

1 ReplyDestiny is not at any "point of failure". Many say it is and many may have left only because those people have failed to see the big picture. Not enough content excuse is bullsh*t. There was (on TTK's release) and still is a lot of content with TTK. Those whinners just did to much grind on 3 characters and got everything done in less than 3 months. Boo hoo, no DLC for year 2. Nightfall rewards suck? I agree they do and should be fixed. Kings Fall raid rewards suck? They do and should be fixed. You see, if there is no post TTK DLC, then Bungie got it right with the new light level system. No need to grind without end to reach the max light level because "OMG there's anew DLC in 3-4 weeks". Everyone has at the very least a f*ckin' year the reach max light. I didn't know that sitting back, enjoy and have fun playing the game was a bad thing. Yes it's irritating to be 310+ light, do HM raid only to get minimum light rewards that don't help any of your characters. Just enjoy the game....... You have lots of time to do so.

19 RepliesMany might say activistion I say bungie. Activision may call the shots but bungie signed off with them in the first place despite the name they've made for themselves
-
2 RepliesFailure, lol. I'm sure Bungie considers it's giant pile of cash a failure. You know nothing Jon Snow.

Laziness If they told us all year 1 activities would be useless I would not have bought taken king. I was not too bothered about y1 equipment but leaving out the raids and strikes is just stupid

12 RepliesThe toxic community. Would you work your best for your consumers to be pissy about everything?

Edited by Licher: 2/1/2016 10:45:05 PMDestiny DEVs spent a lot of time fixing pvp which can never be fixed, they nerf pve because of pvp, they burned time trying to fix pvp and have no time to add new content, and piss everyone because of it, there is no future in pvp bungie, stop wasting your time and start adding pve content, let people equip all exotic gear, let people upgrade all year 1 gear to year 2 gear, add all year one pve events, reset weakly missions daily such as petra missions, gun-testing but keep weakly rewards for gun-testing and such, let us do more daily missions for legendary marks not just one mission, let us upgrade gear by spending legendary marks not higher level gear or add a light level bar once the bar is filled spent some legendary marks to level it up level by level, similar to character level-up.

The loss of year 1 relevance.. The rest just helped it fall.

7 RepliesNone of that, we just need continuous content drops and Bungie lacks the resources to provide that. Period.
