The raid isn't hard. There is a lot to remember, and that can make it seem overwhelming. But it isn't hard. What that video shows is a way to open the path to the first boss of the raid. I find it harder to do than the usual relay strategy but to each their own. If you get up to raid level, which is level 40 and 290 light (can be lower light but got to have a good relaxed team), add me on psn and I'll throw a group together. Have fun :)
