As badbrain mentioned, Bad Juju can drop at a year 2 level when decrypting Exotic Engrams. Xûr can offer you a year 1 version through Legacy engrams, and you can then buy the year 2 from your Collection.
Red Death can also be obtained from exotic engrams at a year 2 attack level.
