I did it twice and carried oryx isn't about light at all its about not being shit and I did it on second try without dieing once. Also to add u can't be carried on this part cause if u die u restart and u have to be perfect

Or they we're relic runner. I did Oryx with my 307 Warlock and was runner. Just used a sword on the vessel. We got through one round then wiped because someone died who was one of the platform guys. Yes I didn't complete it but the first round went smoothly because you don't have to worry as much about your level when your relic.

A regular alcalytes are hard to kill at that light level so yeah thats right

By "hard" you mean as difficult as they ever were. Made it to oryx last night with a ~308 crew, I personally was 305. Time was our enemy, or else we'd have cleared it.

Well obviously you're going to do more damage as a 311 than anything below that.. Bottom line the recommended level is 300. As a 305, acolytes took no more than 2 head shots, maybe 4-5 body shots with my Boolean Gemini to take down. Those few levels of light mean nothing.

Lol normal mode is 290 recommended. Hard mode is 300. Check your facts.

Check your facts the raid fluctuates hard mode goes from 310 to 320 dont believe me? Look at the weekly update that was out right before the raid launched it clearly states light level. And as for normal i forgot what it starts on but it ends at 300 light for oryx
