Yes we don't need matchmaking for raids but I would like more ways to communicate with players in the tower so we can get groups together in the social areas and not just on a forum

I don't know if you've ever played it or heard of it, but a PS Home-like social space in the Tower would be a great addition. No voice chat, but you can type out messages and they appear above your character.
