Deleting a character when Taken King comes out?
Who else is going to restart a character to get that instant xp boost but mainly to hear all of the Northy goodness right from the start?

Don't have a Warlock yet so might start one, after I do the new missions and level up my primary Hunter.

1 ReplyOnly if a fourth slot comes available to level a new character. Did it four times already. That was mundane enough.

Couldn't bungie just let you restart the story with a character you already have. That way year one guardians can experience the difference with out having to delete a character.

I've got a warlock that I inherited from my son after he got his sub account and started his own characters so it's looking like he may be dumping stuff in the fault and getting deleted

I don't think the instant xp boost would apply to jew characters. Only to those existing characters that are not up to the right level. It would be kinda funny to start at one then straight to 20 in one shot right?

I'm certainly going to delete at least one character, and not use the boost, just to try out all the new greens and blues. I think it could add an extra bit of perspective to the new legendaries/exotics

I am because I can return everything again easy. Just throw the main armor and exotics in the vault and delete them with ease when the taken king comes.

1 ReplyIt depends really, I want to change the gender of my hunter, but at the same time I don't want to loose my progress. It also depends on what that boost will bring you to, if it boosts you up to 30 then I wanna use it for my Titan asap. If its 20, then my hunter maybe, if I restart.
