So let's see, Destiny is fantastic now.
-New gun models
-New patrol
-New game modes
-New subclasses
-Weapon manufacturers
-Dynamic bosses
-Dynamic characters
-Improved ghost (ghost skins too)*
-Improved story
-Improved balance
-Experience levels
-More exotics that are actually interesting
-Gear changes (arc strangers rifle etc)
-Going to Titan?
-New ships
-Cut scenes
-Vanguard getting off their asses
-Bungie states "we need to fix stuff", acknowledged that they know they were wrong year 1 and are trying their best to fix it
-New enemy type
-Revamped strikes
-New raid
-Old, exotics good (necrochasm destroys)
-New weapon type!
-Swords! *confirmed
-Doubled vault space
-Exotic blueprints, retrievable exotics
-Old exotics can be upgraded
-Weapon upgrades using old weapons
-No more marks, legendary marks instead, to do everything, no limit.

[b]Important edit:[/b] Bungie is on the chopping block right now. If they fail to deliver what they have released like at E3 (2013), then they [i]know[/i] the game is screwed. Destiny will have no chance if they don't deliver. That's why I'm being optimistic, because Bungie can't afford another shitstorm.
Edit: Sadly, some of you can't read. Cutscenes promote an in game story.

Well the original game had cutscenes too but there wasn't much of a story. I don't think the fact that there's cutscenes automatically implies there's going to be a good story. Hopefully there will be though

Vanilla destiny had cutscenes. And absolutely no one can have an opinion on TTK. Why? Because it hasnt come out yet.

1 ReplyLike I always mention, I'm in the minority here but I'm seriously doubtful that I'll continue playing Destiny after TTK comes out. Bungie's ways truly have disappointed me. There's many factors and reasons that have led me to doubt such a cool game. I got my money's worth out of this game and I have no regrets. I have had the best fun anyone can get out of this awesome game. But I think coming September, my journey and my legend will end in peace. I've been addicted to this game very bad but Bungie has pushed me away. Just my own humble opinion...nothing to disrespect from others opinions.
