Fake 34, fake 34 everywhere!
Simply put if you haven't done it on normal at all you should not be trying to do it on hard end of rant
For those saying I'm a scrub for not doing Poe 35 you can't do it solo, so if I don't have to good people to do it with how am I ever going to get that beat

According to you, doing the hardest stuff makes you a 'real' 34 and you haven't, not even once. 2) your grimiore is laughable. 3) I have more raid completions than you if you add them up, so you aren't hot shit 4) if you can't carry people through vault or crota hard, maybe you're not a real 34. When I do it with casuals/ randoms it's never a problem because I always have 1 friend who I 2 manned vault with and we've both soloed crota. We also 2 manned scolas but that was during the burn days. My point is stop thinking your better than someone because you've played it more. I'm sure it took you more than just you first raid to fully understand the machanics of every encounter. Furthermore, most people are indeed higher level than the raids on hard because of h.o.w. and etheric light. So they can and want to do the higher level stuff because they exceed the level cap but light stops mattering when you go over and enemies level and they don't have vault gear or weapons which actually matters and helps. It's not etheric light or the house of wolves that's ruining destiny, it's people being absolute salt jerks and having empathy for new players that are ruining the game by tearing the community apart.

2 RepliesEvery raid I have LFG'd recently has been awesome. In fact the last LFG group on the VoG there wasn't a single wipe the whole raid. We even did Oracles & Templar 'legit'! No such thing as a fake 34.

Listen ... We were all there, patience. One good thing about destiny is, you can always leave the group and join another. The only thing I don't like, is when they lie about doing the raids and poe, but I can understand why they do it. After reading your post

Do you consider yourself a professional Raider or are you merely a participant? From your Grimoire I can tell you have never run sword on Crota, or at least never successfully. You have never completed Skolas in the PoE 35, regardless of the rewards a true raider wouldn't back down from the challenge. So do you see yourself as a Sherpa, someone who guides and teaches others how to do the raids? Or are you merely a participant who whines and complains about inexperienced people in the raid with you? I've taken numerous people through both raids Hard Mode and PoE 35 who have never attempted it and not had an issue with it. A person's experience with raids had nothing to do with the validity of their light level. Your profile tag says you are up for a Raid or Nightfall anytime, but I guess you hope there is always someone who can run sword / take the lead? Perhaps you are among the fake 34's you are referring to.

I did the hard vog before the normal one. So your little idea doesn't work. But maybe it's because I don't suck as a gamer haha. Maybe you didn't teach well enough, but you should have gave an ultimatum and if they couldn't do it after a certain time then you should have booted them and invite others. Also for your idea of there being a fake 34 means that one way to get there would be to do the raids only but there is no way to get to 34 if you only do the Vog or crota raids, so I don't see how there are fake 34s.

Fun fact. I got my Warlock to 34 without buying any DLC thanks to the Iron Banner. I bought the DLC two weeks later when I got bored of running the same raid over and over.
