In recent weeks there has been talk of the ultimate Nerf. Thorn and Gjalerhorn. I understand the need to make the game more balanced for PvP but such is life, there is no true balance. This method has been attempted before and the effects were catastrophic. The auto rifle Nerf has made the weapons obsolete. It's like killing one of your babies. Have you not learned from your mistakes? There is no need to constantly nerf weapons and gear. Why not make new weapons comparable to the ones that are great. Add to the variety. Spark our imaginations again, don't limit it. Or fix your original catalyst to this whole dilemma and increase auto rifles. I have had so many high hopes for Destiny and have enjoyed every minute of it. The game has incomparable potential but uses none of it. It's like Steven Hawkins without a way to communicate his brilliance. Release the potential, don't bind it by nerfing. PS. Why can't a super soldier with space magic walk up stairs without getting stuck? Really!!!
