Bungie realizes Halo 5 is coming right?
As I watch Bungie's PR week from hell unfold I ask, "They do realize that they'll be heads-up against Halo 5 soon right?"
It's bad enough how badly the Xbox community has been pounded by them since Destiny came out. Now, they insult all veteran players on all systems with this TTK mess.
To add insult to injury, they are now locking content unless you're willing to purchase other products (Red Bull).
With a juggernaut game coming, and good PS4 titles for the other half as well, one can't help but wonder who the hell they left steering the ship. It seems like a drunken underage kid at this point.
(For all those that missed it and only comment on Halo, I did say good upcoming PS4 titles as well. Don't focus just on Halo because of the title. Think bad timing for mistakes with all the good games coming out in the fall and shortly thereafter.)

In my opinion bungie really shot them selves in the foot with everything related to TTK (content, price, exclusives, outside product purchase) and the pissed off a major portion of their most loyal fans. And unfortunate for them they could not have timed it worse. So many highly anticipate games coming out in the fall, in addition to having to compete with ESO which is drawing a huge amount of players daily. What they need to do is scrap any future destiny content after TTK and just focus on Destiny 2. If destiny 2 doesn't completely change things then destiny will die out

The master chief storyline is starting to get really old though, I'll be pulling for Locke this time. 343 already killed the multiplayer, so I'm not in the slightest looking forward to that.

7 RepliesLol halo 5 doesn't even have nearly as many pre orders as halo 4 and halo 4 was already a decline. The MCC really -blam!-ed up and they did nothing to fix the problems and just swept it under the rug and continue to halo 5. MCC can't even make it on top 10 played games, battlefield 4 is there and it's already seen its predecessor come and is top 10 with it (hardline). Guarantee halo 5 won't take much of the community, especially if maybe Bungie will actually play their cards right and give us an actual story >.>.

You are going to talk way louder,...cuz Bungie can't hear you over all the money they have already made. Halo is going to be a big hit, but what's done is done. Bungie could give the next 5 dlc's away and still be downing in money.
