St. Patrick's Day Shader
Bungie should add a St. Patrick's Day shader that's available to all players for FREE. (Green and gold shader)
One random player who bumps or signs this could get a giftcard. So bump away!
An idea by a commenter: When equipping this shader you do the Irish jig! Also a cool shamrock emblem would be nice!

1 ReplyI would like the shader, but also a shamrock emblem. To complete the set, I'd also suggest a class item for each character that is green with gold trim and a shamrock on it. Alternatively, class items that say things like "IM NOT DRUNK YET!" for the Titan, a glowing "DD" for the warlock, and a cloak that says "PARTY ANIMAL" for the hunter, all very suiting considering their personalities.

3 RepliesNo. There's more to Ireland than a shit holiday that people appropriate as an excuse to get drunk. There could be a class item based off the Celtic designs at Newgrange, or the Book of Kells. You could have shaders based off old Irish kings, which would be blue or red rather than tacky emerald green shit and shamrocks everywhere. There's far more interesting shit in Irish history that would fit in better with the atmosphere of Destiny than a shit holiday that people use as an excuse to wear novelty tat, t-shirts that say "Kiss me, oim oirish" and "pog mo thon" and idiots claiming they have Irish roots when they couldn't find Ireland on a map.
