If it works for that person why not? It's rather the player behind the gun with skill,if you came across the same person with a low impact auto rifle they would probably find away to kill you without a op gun. There has to be a balance man,others use last word,thorn and hawkmoon you need a upper hand against these guys or you will die if there a skilled player....so using op weapons is the only way to counter.im not just saying use vex,I don't even use the thing. I'm more of pulse rifle,and sniper guy but if the vex is what others are good with,then why shouldn't they. If a very crappy opponent came at me with a auto rifle there dead every time but if they use a op gun like vex they may just stand a chance.

1 ReplyVex and Thorn are fine, for f.uck's sake. They are exotics from the Golden Age when technology was at its finest because the best minds were working on creating the best killing machines. You know what's gonna happen when Bungie nerfs the Vex or Thorn? First, they won't just nerf one or two guns. They'll re-examine the whole category. Then they'll apply a category wide tweak. Then they'll f.uck it up and nerf the category for PvP and PvE. Or some of the perks won't function right. Then we'll be waiting on a patch to fix the old patch. Is it really worth it?

If you shoot at me in crucible that's cheap. Anyone who pulls the trigger while aimed at me is a scrub. People should just let me kill them.

I don't mind the Vex at all. It's only a problem when they get close. Easily counterable with a pulse rifle or hand cannon.
