Exotic Armor Ideas
Hey guys, I've been thinking about how Exotic armor is somewhat overlooked in game. Xur shows up and all everyone cares about is what guns he has. Let's have some fun and try to create some of our own Exotic armor! One rule: keep it balanced, no
Exotics that would be crazy OP.
I'll start:
Icarus Wings (Exotic Warlock Boots)

Increases the duration of Angel of Light.

Power Drain: Titan Helmet The Titan bubble will drain health from whoever is near or inside the bubble

Bungie it would be great if you could add exotic warlock boots that increase the duration of angel of light and increase the speed of glide since it is extremely easy to snipe warlocks using glide and in high lvl pve content warlocks get shot down really easily. Also make it carry additional heavy ammo and give it intellect or discipline.

"You know what they say... break a..." Perk 1- rain blows- increased melee attack speed Perk 2- Melee kills decrease super cooldown Exotic Perk, "show time"- increased melee damage while force barrier is active. Melee kills while force barrier is active triggers a void explosion, dealing damage in an area.

1 ReplyHunter helmet: don't know the name but the perk should jam enemies radar or the closer the get the more blinded they get...so if they're in melee distance their view is almost completely obscured

Inverse Shadow - More super energy from non-guardian kills. Projected Energy - Increased grenade throw distance. The Gentlemen - Increased damage with Hand Cannons, Sidearms, and Sniper Rifles.

The Robes of the Unconquerable Warlock Sunsinger chest plate Description- "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." Perk 1: increased heavy ammo Perk 2: increased super energy gained from killing minions of the darkness Exotic perk: Invictus VIII - grants Radiant Skin, Fireborn, and Radiant Will for Sunsingers Overpowered? Perhaps, but it doesn't feel right without all three, but that's just me. :P

Rouge's Edge Hunter Gauntlets Gives you an extra throwing knife. Getting a precision kill with your throwing knife resets its cooldiwn.

Helmet of the Gorgon's Hatred "I don't see how the Gorgon's don't kill each other. Actually, I don't see at all." Exotic ability: Bladedancer invisibility increased by 5 seconds. Radar HUD improved. (The radar tells you specifically where enemies are, shown as dots)

Melded together as one, ready to devour our enemies.[/i] Appearance: Pauldron of the Young Ahamkara's Spine in the middle of the chest, on the breastbone. A ribcage covers the entirety of the torso, even on the back. An Ahamkara spine runs along the back, where the wearer's spine is. Ability- Payback: Gives the Incendiary Blade perk for Gunslingers, and the Fast Twitch perk for Bladedancers. Also makes non-Guardian enemies suffer from counterdamage if they hit you with a heavy weapon. (Ex. The Hive Boomer, Shrapnel Launcher, Torch Hammer and Heavy Slug Launcher.)

Instead it will give a buff that suppresses you and burns you to death over three seconds, you cannot heal and the buff cannot be removed except by death.
