Anybody not a whiner on this app? The idea behind the grimore card presentation of lore in this game was to make lore intentionally inaccessible. To make the player work to uncover mysteries and to leave things to the player's imagination. It was a decent attempt at being different that obviously wasn't well received, and I'm sure that sentiment will be reflected in destiny 2.
If you have played 100 hours, stop b****ing at every community update...you obviously really liked the game or you would have done something else during your free time! TV, books, going outside, etc. If you have over 200 hours, you loved the game and must have found it one if the most replayable EVER! And stop moaning about what was "promised". You know what advertising is, right?!

While I agree about the concept of the grimoire even you have to admit that it's lacking in content. I've unlocked a pretty big chunk of the content, 2200+ pts, and it doesn't explain most of the questions people have about the story. I am okay with keeping a few things to the imagination, but right now there isn't anything to imagine or wonder about. Still I'm not going to rage on the forum about it like some of these guys, I just hope that Bungie has plans to add some serious story buffing in the near future.

Thank you man. I totally agree with this, the game is obviously fun, and as much as it pains me, there is no such thing as a perfect game. I for one don't care about story, tell me the target, I kill it. I do wish there was a little more to fool around with, adding more to the tower maybe, more abilities and such, but I complain about it. the game can improve, but that means bungie is going to improve. Bungie didn't get ambitious and ruin a game, so I give them props for that, and about the loot system, if there wasn't a challenge to get the small amount of guns in the game, it would be boring. I am a gamer, I spend my time gaming, wasting my time on what others look down on saying its a waste of my life, but to me it's more fun than I will ever have, and I need challenging games. If you call yourself a gamer but you cannot accept the above, then your not a gamer, you are just another player.

When I pay 60 dollars for a game I expect a story not to get on app to read about the little cards we've collected. Hell I could of bought 4-5 books for 60 dollars and read them

Imagine having the audacity to expect to get what's advertised. I bet you would've kicked off if your mum didn't get you Destiny for Xmas, like she promised.
