Dude. I got heart of praxic fire and helm of saint 14 from the last nightfall. Im happy. Needed both and both are ridiculously awesome.

I got ten shards, knucklehead radar, and Gjallarhorn from my three. I thought I can out pretty well.

1 ReplyStill sounds so crazy to me. I have never gotten coins from a nightfall run. Only legendary and exotic gear, mostly legendary which becomes shards.

7 shards (useless), 7 energies (useless until HOW) and 9 coins (useless) for me. My luck just sucked this week but at least the NF wasn't too bad if you had some friends to help.

Expect shit rewards then you won't be disappointed. I just do it for the XP boost to level my factions quicker anyway.

You do the Nightfall for the Radiant Light bonus. 25% more XP and Reputation gains for the week. Any rewards you get from the Nightfall are just icing on the cake. Besides, the longer you've played this game, the fewer "good" items remain that you haven't already received, making it more likely that the Nightfall drop will disappoint you. Don't go into the Nightfall expecting a Ghorn, your chances are very slim. Though two people on my friends list did get that from the Nightfall in the past two weeks.

2 RepliesI think part of it depends on how much you have played (As is hours actually spent on the game not the amount of time you have had the game). I am one of those players that loves the game but if I spent 8 hours a week playing, I have had a great gaming week. For me I am still finding some pretty cool stuff. Of course that would depend on what you currently possess. However, I think LOTS of people are missing the MAIN point, which is to have fun, if you are no longer enjoying your Destiny experience then why play? I still have a lot of fun whether it is N.F., Strikes, Raids heck even patrols I have fun playing.
