So Xur tomorrow... If gjallahorn sells, the people who "deserved" theirs (aka lucky rng) will cry. If he doesn't sell it, everyone who doesn't have it will cry. Honestly only seeing it be a good thing if he doesn't sell it. If everyone in the game had it, raids would be such a joke. I'm sure the tears or something will come, but it's sad but true. It's a great weapon to have, but progression wise it might kill a huge chunk of the game. I'm sure anyone can agree with that at the very least if you think about it

4 RepliesPeople don't realize it comes down to player skill level when it comes to this game. Sure weapons, light level, armour, perks, supers matter. But it all comes down to how the player plays and team coordination, etc. Go ahead Xur, sell the ghally. I guarantee it will make some but not all teams better.

2 RepliesSo back a while ago Bungie change VoG to "fix" the problem with the back 3 people being teleported. They did this to encourage everyone to learn all parts of the raid. In Crota there are the Gjallarhorn rocket people and there are sword people ( with obviously some subset that can do both). Giving everyone access to Gjallarhorn gives everyone the opportunity to run the sword.
-
Personally, I think everyone needs this weapon, and i would like another one. So for the sake of pugs everywhere, hopefully xur sells it.
-
1 ReplyHunger of Crota, second to gjallahorn. I am happy. If not, Truth. If gjallahorn drops in xurs sack of wonders, I will be even happier.
-
The day he sells it again Destiny 2 will be coming out in a week.
-
1 ReplyI have a gally and I really hope he sells it. So I won't have to buy it and can spend all of my coins on heavy synths. If he doesn't sell heavy synths I'll cry
-
Of course you'd say that. You have one.
-
There will be roids
-
1 ReplyChecks op profile sees gjallahorn. Elitist in hiding
-
1 ReplyI just want to see the Reaction, and worry about the implications later. lets go swimming in the pool of tears first!
-
4 RepliesI hope he sells it. I have one, and I'm constantly asked to raid because of it. I want him to sell it so me and my raid team can make quick work of Crota with 6 Gjallahorns
-
It's really not that big of a deal
-
12 RepliesWhy should people without ghorn miss out on the raid because elitest tools wont let them participate with out 1
-
9 RepliesThe whole game will become super easy if Ghorn is sold. Not just the hard raid. Ppl will bring Ghorn to the level 8 Devil's lair strike.
-
I also want him to sell it so Crota hard will be easier I have one already though
-
So your saying tears for everyone either way?
-
I can agree that if everyone had it raids would be too easy. I got the gally a few days ago and it's great. I also never got the ice breaker until xur sold it, and I don't use it as much as I thought...so I don't think it would be bad if he sold it. Some can't afford it and others will get tired of it. I do agree that it well make raids a cake walk though.

I have it, and sorta want others to get it to improve everyone, but i also want it to be a rare item.
-
People will bitch and cry no matter what he sells. You are correct I personally would love to see him sell it then all my friends will have at least one. And I would most likely buy 2
-
The game is already -blam!-ed and easy. Not selling Gjallarhorn is like telling a person dying of cancer to watch their carb intake.
-
I already have it, sell it...who cares!
-
8 RepliesFor those that already have Gjallerhorn and vote Xur shouldn't have it, your argument is rather one-sided wouldn't you agree? I don't have Gjallerhorn and I'm happy with my Hunger of Crota to be honest so I can open up my other exotic slots for IB or an exotic primary but for those that have had horrible luck with RNG and can't get a decent heavy wep, that one weapon could literally change their experience of the game (granted no one weapon should have this effect ideally). Essentially, what the people without Gjallerhorn think as they read your post: "I have Gjallerhorn which makes the raid easier for me. Don't give it to anyone else because then it'll be easier for them too and that's bad cos we'll all be at the same level!" I'd focus on playing my own game and not stress too much about what weapons others obtain to help with their progression (maybe no one in their regular raid group has even one Gjallerhorn at this stage?). Let them dictate how they play their own game.

1 ReplyIf he sells it, I'll buy a second or third one. :)
-
I would like it... That and Suros are the ones I wanted and I got Suros in VOG today. The blessed RNGesus hasn't seen fit to grace me with it yet.
-
Maybe if everyone had it that would force the developer to create some truly difficult content instead of this meh stuff.
