HELP. is my ice breaker broke?
I keep trying to pick up special ammo while using my ice breaker and it won't let me. I'll use my 6 bullets and try to pick up more but it won't let me.
I even used special ammo syns. And still nothing. Is my ice breaker broke??

Apparently it needs a new operator.

1 ReplyHere's how to fix. De-equip it. Hover over it and hold the (x for Xbox, square for playstation) for 10 seconds. Then you go to the gunsmith and he will give you the Ice Breaker with the ability to use special synths and pick up green ammo

Recommend you dismantle it.

Swap to a different sniper hold X on your icebreaker for 10 seconds in your inventory and switchback let me know if it works it works for me.

Hey man I'm guessing you're new. IB doesn't take special ammo because it regenerates it. You can't pick up any packs while it is equipped

Replace the heat sink. If that fails, replace the operator. (yourself)

Actually if you highlight your icebreaker and hold square it will enable the ability to pick up special ammo.
